Like the way Bush ignored terror before 9-11 and was "too busy" reading to children after the first WTC attack to be bothered until the 2nd WTC attack happened? Then how about how he was joking around with the camera crew before he announced the 9-11 attacks to us all? That footage is all on Michael More's film (and cannot be faked). But you can probably find it on the net if you want to. The timeline on 9-11 compared to what Bush was doing makes you realize that Bush is either totally out to lunch or isnt running the government at all. Either way it's scary.
