Archie: I haven't been with CHRS that long. I don't think there will be a buy-out but perhaps an earnings turnaround. I bought because of the 13D/G SEC filings last year. One thing that is not a good sign is that the company does not have a Web site to my knowledge. I am hoping for a run-up in price and I can exit. Of course I am sure alot of other shareholders would like the same. Vip
