NANCY PELOSI: As I said before, Tim, I will refrain from having another face lift as long as we have to suffer under the incompetent leadership of a Republican president. President Bush is a nice man. But he is an incompetent Republican. A nice man would never disappoint a nice lady like me. Bush will, therefore, refrain from winning because he knows how much I have a stake in his defeat. TIM RUSSERT: Thank you, Nancy.
