MPH, I don't think you believe management is a bunch of idiots otherwise you wouldn't be in the stock. The "delay" that everyone speaks of was procedural...nothing more. Every forth or fifth deal that passes over the SEC's review is given a "full review" rather than a partial. Our's, unfortunately, was one of those lucky "full review" deals. I will bet you that it works in our favor as the volatility we just got over would have probably occured right around the effective date had the roadshow taken place after earnings. Most of the people who we want to see the deal are going to be finishing up their vacations and will be coming back to their jobs looking for the company that will keep their stellar performance continuing through the third and forth quarters. Hopefully, they will buy our very compelling story. Good luck to Noam and the rest of the road show cast. Until then...buy the dips.
