Walter,

I agree with your assessments of the store managers. They are highly trained and must concentrate on satisfying each and every customer. My son-in-law manages one of their superstores, and he is very excited about his work. He LOVES his work.

I believe the reaction to the earnings report was overdone, and that the stock will bounce back handily.
