I am looking at various polls, I am looking at what GWB has spent in advertisements and I am seeing that in spite of all that spending in advertisement, he, an incumbent is running neck and neck with Kerry. Remember that the American people, through the poll numbers are saying that Kerry is as good as Bush is at this point and that GWB's 3 1/2 years on the job does in now way make Kerry not a viable candidate for President.

It is not my opinion. It is the interpretation of the poll numbers that I am doing. I would be interested in knowing what your opinion/interpretation is on why Bush, an incumbent, is running neck and neck with Kerry with more that 50% of Americans saying that the "country is headed in the wrong direction", a very important yardstick of the shape of things to come in Nov. 2004
