ACEC Is up 11% with volume now more than 315K.

It reported revenues of $4.8M for the 3rQ vs. $2.4M in 2003. The loss for the Q was $1.4M vs. $1.8M (this year 3rQ loss includes a one time charge of $1.2M for the purchase of R&D assets Intasys that it bought in February.)

The company reportedly has 6.56M in cash, around (0.48/share), the TD is around 840K with a CR around 2.78 and BV 0.61. There are 13.72M shares ou with the insiders holding around 48.25% and institutions around 7.35% The float is around 7.1M The average daily volume between 26K and 30K

The stock needs to close above 2.85 before it can test its January H around 3.50 (The March 2000 H was 18.88 <g> )
