MDX-010 (Anti-CTLA-4 Antibody) seems to have general application from the very little I understand, and it's being studied for several cancers. Why not lung cancer?

I know the company has limited resources so it will pick its targets, but isn't lung cancer one of the most common, and one without generally effective treatment? Is there an a priori reason for doubting the effectiveness of anti-CTLA-4 in this case?
