Seth: You're right! If I thought management were a bunch of dummies I certainly would not be in--and, I have bought on dips. MRVC is my largest holding. I figured that the "delay" was SEC related. Although you could probably fill a thimble with everything I know about stocks and the regulatory process(with room left over), I imagine mgmt. is quite conversant with the rules and how long things take. My only observation was that the timing would have been a little better without so much of a gap between the secondary and the earnings. I did, of course, recognize that the end of the summer vacation season was probably a factor. In sum, I was not impugning the brain power of the powers that be...OK? You may also be right re: volatility. MPH
