We all die. Being dead doesn't mean living people can't talk about the history a dead person was involved in, even if that includes the circumstances of that person's death. That appears to be all that is going on here- a discussion of the circumstances of someone's death- a completely legitimate topic- especially since it was already exploited by the machinery of the state.
