The bias that may have been introduced by testing the control group earlier could have been a basis for the lawsuits filed recently against GNTA. Did the company intentionally give the control group less chance to show improvement than the group taking the combination of genasense and the chemo? If so, the company has deceived investors. On the other hand, the company could simply have done fairly sloppy testing. That is not unheard of either.

As for the large sales by a fund set up in the Cayman Islands, I'm not impressed. Investors may set up accounts in the Cayman Islands as a tax shelter. If there are no profits to shelter, then there is little incentive to maintain a position in the stock. I'm trying to get more info from GNTA.
