Let me try once more. Is 7.7% rise an indication of a national housing bubble? news.yahoo.com AG doesn't care if there is a bubble in your backyard or mine. He is responsible for the entire US economy, and hence will only respond to the national numbers. 7.7% is definitely not a bubble.
