Your obsession with regional housing bubble is a strange one since the theme of this thread is supposed to be global. The world does not revolve around California. Housing is being fed by mammoth global liquidity. Housing is probably 1/2 of tthe US economy right now. When it goes jobs go, consumer spending goes, ane the markets will go. US housing is well within the macro analysis of this board. Mish
