First of all, thanks for the updates.

Strictly from a laymans point of view it sounds like we have a good
case for the following reason. As you said, CS is not disputing
what they do but rather the patent itself. But I'm looking along
these same lines one step further based on what you've put
together. CS is not arguing that the
patent is wrong or that it doesn't cover what they do because
its wrong, they are arguing that certain meanings of words
within the patent have alternate meanings.

To me, this sounds like a real stretch. i.e confuse the facts
when there is no case.

Please correct me if I'm interpreting this incorrectly.
