I think First Albany's position is reasonable. They set a target for DLGC, and DLGC reached that target. While I agree that DLGC still has plenty of upside potential, at $40, investers face considerably more downside as well.

However, many who have doubled or better with DLGC will probably want to hold on for a while longer given the new favorable capitol gains rate.
