Allen, you seem to be putting a positive spin on this reg s offering even though the consensus opinion from accountants and analysts indicates it is unscrupulous or desperate companies that initiate this kind of financing.

Do you know or is there any way of finding out, what institutions or who exactly bought these convertibles? Thanks,
