RE: "...capacity use will probably peak for the group this quarter..." I assume this means that fab capacity will peak somewhere between 99% and the "impossible" 105%. Normally, high utilization and continuing increases in end product demand would be very bullish for equipment makers. If you listen to equipment makers, they are very bullish.
