Great post MR McVICKAR! Your spot on about the price in terms of a declining dollar....

IMO this is all good motivation to begin getting on with Oil alternatives. Take a look at these solar cells in this picture. Now this is a real way of knocking down demand...

Gas and OIL have wide spread demand utility...IMO if you can strike down just one of its demand component markets, you alter the S&D equation.

Solar Energy, Wind farms; its all good, and every KWH produced from these sources reduces demand.

After 30 years of waiting, me thinks its going to happen quickly....new products produced in novel but effective ways...alter the comparative advantages of the last 40 years.

Cool stuff take a look.
Take a look at the photo at this link....
solarintegrated.com

What you will see is a revolutionary way of installing solar cells....notice the white shirts....and the huge roll about to be laid down along side all the others already installed! Things have changed...SATC makes the inverters for these new systems.....those are what connect the cell production deployed on a roof to your electricity infrastructure. ENER makes the solar cells on rolls.
