Thank you for explaining "slippage". I can see how this could "destroy" or make a good trading system into a bad one. WoW does not have this feature (which I am glad of). I like keeping things simple.

In some ways (to me) buy entering "slippage" it's like betting against yourself. I don't place market orders and do watch the market all day long and would like to think that I could even trade - better - than the results which the system came up with.

I go "shopping around 2-2:30 and selling at open-10 AM. Often, I do better than the system. If I buy at open, its usually 1/8-1/4 lower than previous close. I usually get a "fill" and "try" not to chase.
