Kerry has very definite smart policies on all fronts, you just haven't been paying attention. I recommend johnkerry.com to start your education. Which area do you believe he lacks a policy on? I will help to enlighten you. Bush's problem is the feel-good slogans he uses to name his policies conceal what are basically flawaed programs skewed toward the rich, polluters, rightwing white Southern Baptists and corporate lobbyists. Privatization is a big thing for Bush, which really means some corporate crony is cut in to skim profits off the program and cut services.
