Watch how Bush behaved on 9-11 in the new Michael Moore film if you think he is such a great leader against terrorists. The new thing, unadulterated video footage showing exactly what Bush was doing while the WTC attacks were happening. Then be the judge of whether you'd ever trust this man again with your security. Remember too, he ignored a very serious warning about hijackings on 8-6. Bush did absolutely nothing and neither did Condi Rice.
