try going back to 1954, when Buffett was started. if those guys had had the return of Buffett, they would have accumulated many tens of billions, instead of tens of millions. that's a factor of 1000.

That is a really dumb argument.

Of course, equally as dumb are the arguments of those who denigrate Buffett.
