Having watched this thread for some time, I just want to point out that Todd has not gone out on a limb like this often, is a long-time SFE and/or CCSC holder, and has some credibility in my mind for making such bold predictions.

Having said that, I'm doubtful he's right. A little too bullish for me to believe, but I do see the mid-30s by next year. I think 1999 is too far out to predict.
