Check out LTXX. It is a competitor of Credence and Teradyne and has not participated in recent moves -- yet. They are expected to announce results for their Q4 and FY97 (both ended July 31) on Sept 4.

Last quarter they actually had higher revenues number than Credence but lower eps due to restructuring turmoil. This should change over the next few months. Recent management changes are very positive, and they are expected to introduce new products by the end of the year.
