This is getting to be a predictable response from you; to equivocate and engage in semantics instead of substantive argumentation

I'm not confused; you are. Try not to confuse people reading this thread by pretending you believe that ethical oughts (which you affirm) are different from ethical obligations or musts (which you deny).

All you have are suggestions and moral "guidelines". Stalin was wrong in your opinion but your opinion isn't any more valuable than his was and it does not carry any sense of obligation either ethically or logically. Stalin was perfectly happy, healthy, and logically consistent to kill any one who got in the way. You think you have disputed that logically, but you have failed.
