It is all unions I'm afraid. As I pointed out to the union negotiator at the end of last month, it is very difficult to get 3 parties together to make a deal. He said where do I think I'm coming up with 3 parties as there is only 2, owners and the union. I said that is incorrect there are 3, owners that are trying valiantly to stay in business, Worker's who very much want a pay raise and then there is the union who is hell bent on taking as much money from parties 1 and 2 as it can.

He about flipped out. I guess the truth hurts sometimes. He really got pissed when I pointed out that the contract of 3 years ago gave the men 5.05 in raises over the term and only 85 cents found it's way to the workers checks. The rest was absorbed by the 3rd party that is screwing every good worker and every employer that has to deal with the bastards.
