DrBob- My take is that we are one half-assed terrorist attack away from a great "buying opportunity". My brother made a pretty good case for buying silver recently due to its being cheap and the fact that we are about to slide into a deep dark fall. Rising interest rates, real estate bubble, illiquid assets (houses, once rates go up), no more tax cuts etc to jump start the economy all pretty much mean the stock market is running on fumes.

I am about 15% in stocks and the rest in cash. I continue to Wong overseas when we have a late day pop and a prior day overseas market dud. That keeps working pretty well just not often enough! (Wonging today in fact).

Best regards....
