""Oughts" are opinions about moral obligations and duties."

LOL I guess it depends on what the definition of ought, ought to be.

Obligation: That which binds us to act in accordance with duty. Obligatory acts are those one is morally, legally, or contractually required to perform.

Opinion: Acceptance of a proposition despite a lack of the conclusive evidence that would result in certain knowledge of its truth. philosophypages.com

"Again, you have taken the position that "oughts" are Absolute and not relative."

I think I have argued that ethics are objective rather than subjective. If you want to maintain that they are purely subjective then you can't even use the terms right and wrong in any meaningful way beyond self talk. However you are always using terms that are at odds with your stated reality especially when it comes to blaming Theists for doing bad, evil, wrong things.

"Then you were forced to admit that you COULD know right from wrong even if you didn't believe in God."

LOL That is hardly any kind of victory for you since that is the biblical position. Denying God's being does not negate responsibility to act on what we know to be objectively true. I have a sufficient explanation for that innate knowledge; you do not.

"Nobody is obligated to treat others with civilized human values."

One would never guess that from the way you talk when you're not throwing up clouds of ink like an octopus in distress.
