First Entertainment Holdings Corp. (OTCBB:FTET) (F2 Broadcast Inc, name change pending shareholder approval) announced today that it has discontinued any serious discussions with BusyBox (Nasdaq:BUSY) regarding a merger.

"After further due diligence, the board has determined that it would not be in the best interest of the shareholders to continue talks regarding a merger at this time," said Howard Stern, CEO of F2 Broadcast.
