Halliburton has 18 billion of our money in a no-bid contract Cheney lied about. Halliburton has also been gouging and stealing money from that contract. It's gotten so bad even Rummy's DOD is investigating them. If you saw the testimony of former HAL employees in front of congresss you know that cheating and over-charging is business as usual at HAL. Cheney is responsible and deserves to be investigated and if necesssary impeached and indicted.
