Circumstantial evidence is what you used to support your claims that the U.S. gave a "green light" to SH in advance of Gulf War I. It's all speculation and surmise on your part. That's no different than the circumstantial evidence showing the relationship between SH, France and Germany before the invasion and the impact it had on the latter's actions in the UN. The only difference is your bias and political persuasion. Come on back when you've learned to be analytical instead of a pure partisan sheep.<g>
