I applaud the aggressive stances being taken by Calpers and other large funds towards transparency and the stockholders rights as owners vs execs as employees.

I don't. A little late in the game for them to finally get their heads of of their arses and start considering more seriously the fact that they are fiduciary custodians for over a million people. Very few had the muscle they did to be a catalyst of change. WHAT TOOK SO LONG?????
