I would gladly complain about Israeli behavior if I knew what it was that they were doing wrong. You haven't been very clear in explaining, but I am willing to listen patiently.

I asked you before, and you said, and I am paraphrasing here, "they provoke Palestinians into attacking them so they can retaliate."

In a nutshell - Palestinians attack, Israelis retaliate. Is it wrong to retaliate?
