We know that Zacarias Moussaoui was arrested that and clues to the upcoming attack should have been pieced together from his activities. We know that junior never told the intelligence agency to get out there and find out if their agents had and evidence which might be related to an imminent attack. We know there were a lot of clues out there that any competent president would have used his power to ferret out. We also know that junior didn't have a clue as to what to do because he did nothing. We know junior was preoccupied with drawing up war plans to attack Iraq and plans to give tax breaks to the rich. We know that neocons will do anything to avoid taking responsibility for their actions and that includes blaming Clinton for anything and everything which goes wrong. We know the CIA, FBI and the president have never had a reputation of obeying any rules or laws which get in the way of their agendas.
