What tax breaks? You mean low property taxes? Well, it's a nice thing for owners like me but it does mean the revenues have to be gotten from elsewhere. We can't go on borrowing like Arnold is doing and there is not much discretionary spending left to cut. If the Bushie energy companies didn't rip us off we wouldn't have needed to borrow 15 billion. They're the ones really to blame for this mess.
