So spirit of kerry - or worse than kerry - tell us SPECIFICALLY how we get off oil in 15 years. When you tell us please talk about construction times - including the time necessary to permit new facilities. Please do so with recognition that you on the looney left have made an art out of obstructing new energy facilities.

You have displayed an absolute ignorance on issues of energy. Cover the bad lands with wind mills and produce zero pollution. You know nothing of engineering. You know nothing of construction. You know nothing about most everything - except wild charges to create issues!
