russ -- we actually had a bit of a problem in this area, too -- it was really was a rail problem -- a real wreck backed things up --

now you were talking about sparks and I think that maybe some other utilities may have chose the same strategy -- when you are doing maintenance and your stockpile is a little low -- you see what else needs doing and extened the maintenance window a little -- hence, a warmer than average May moves you a little higher up the supply curve than you would have thought, otherwise.

Re coal we had a decent long term contract already agreed upon which included a "better" adjustement for rail costs --signed and sent to the company and now they won't sign the darned thing -- it's going to be a legal fight at this pt.
