I believe the Bush administration created this war on terror by committing 9/11 themselves, or turning a blind eye to what they knew was going on. Now, go back to the first gulf war. Albright was sent to Saddam, by Bush Sr's Administration to tell Saddam, that the USA wouldn't get involved, if Iraq and Kuwait went to war. Remember that! Saddam took the bait, attacked Kuwait, and Bush Sr. lead the charge to remove Saddam's forces from Kuwait. What we have are two Bush presidents. Two Oil presidents Two wars in the Middle east Two wars involving Iraq, that were created by each's administration. There is something wrong here.
