I think it is more likely rah rah something nice about our military preparedness bush for president nonsense.

At any rate I doubt China will be impressed.
The Battle for Taiwan would be over in less than 2 days IMO and we would do nothing but protest with those carries in port a month or whatever away.

Possibly wink and protest.
