I'm not saying that California doesn't have a hot real estate market. But if the silicon valley area is not participating in any price rises, thats most of the RE wealth of northern CA. San Francisco isn't rising either.

So I rest whatever case you want to make. I live here Grace, I own real estate here. You don't, do you?
