GTK-After a long up move, GTK experienced a potential ending action during April. During the second week of May it experienced a #1 spring that broke through a number of demand lines and important support areas. That action ended at a major demand line off the LPS in 9/02.

The character of the action since finds GTK moving back to the half way point and ice level in the last several days with reduced volume. This action is a potential LPSY and appears to confirm the major SOW. Yesterday, it traded down on a increased volume and widening spread.

There is a short term downside objective for the first phase in the $52 area. Unless an aggressive short position was taken early this week when the market was overbought, GTK does not offer a short trade at this moment. There is, however, a much larger second phase target offering targets with over 25% downside potential.

This is one to keep an eye on as it approaches the short term supply line that was broken last week. The action at that point will provide needed evidence as to whether GTK is entering a new mark down phase or may test the recent lows and enter a new trading range.
