Wow Jeff, do you think that the powers that be just don't want to give up their edge to the "information society"? I think that Westergaard made a colossal blunder with that move....Steve Pulvia you are right to take these guys on...So far the Supreme Court has protected the dissemination of pornography on the internet as protected speech, do these fools honestly believe that they can legally prohibit someone from making public statements about their investment views? I have no interest in the stock in question, and cannot vouch for the veracity of any statements made by Steve, but I am totally appalled that he should have his first amendment rights trampled on in such a blatant mercenary manner. bp
