To all, Just go to monthly charts of your favorite SCE or chip companies. Note the price action just before past rallies. An investor should always expect a final shakeout,before a substantial rise. Those stocks that have done it hard in the past,almost always will do it hard again. It is difficult to hope for a price decline,but it is exactly that price action that should get one excited.That is if there is ever a time an investor should get excited - excepting after a long term multibagger has just been locked in.GG Bob
