Oh, I'd agree that this is still an allegation. We shall see what we shall see. As for treason, I don't know if it is written into federal law, altho I believe it is. Whether or not allowing it to proceed is a crime remains uncertain, altho I would imagine that something in the RICO act would cover it. We at least know that Shrub's Bush considers it treason, showing once more that Shrub would bite off his nose to spite his old man.
