C2, How about extremely unlikely. Everything Al Quada has done leads us to believe that if they had such weapons, they would use them (or at least demonstrate with one device and blackmail with others). The fact that this has not happened means that they do not have them (or that they are bottled up in a cave in the Pakistan/Afghanistan border area - and essentially unusable). John
