yeah, I've heard Canada is hurting, too, and having to buy energy to save water ... tough to know what to do, but I have been arguing here with others about not getting too conservative with our water -- 9 times out of 10, it gets hot early and folks get too conservative and lose value ... then we sell it for $10-$15 less in the winter

it is a very human tendency -- I have to think that a lot of this is going on and that there will be some over-correction. If not -- well, everybody is up da same ole creek. Not sure why we are in the coal situation ... I vote for stupidity on the part of the railroads.
