I think Bush has a greater chance of learning from the mistakes. Kerry is just too torn from his vietnam and post Vietnam war experiences to be a decisive and effective leader imho. Our enemies need to know how are leaders will react. On 9/11 al quaeda blew it because the Bush admin as the clinton admin before had their heads up their butts. Kerry will tempt them to make that mistake again. And in that sense, i, like obl have my doubts that kerry is up to the task. Mike
