I thought I'd add a couple of other points to my last response. If Kerry's military service had consisted of a high level job, which required strategic planning, had he been career military with years of exposure to operations around the world, had his military training been relevant in some way to the demands on the Commander in Chief, then perhaps you'd have a point. However, without taking anything away from Kerry's service, the fact is that he was very low level and didn't serve long. Does his service, standing alone, qualify him to be President? Hardly.
