Kerry would look Presidential if he didn't always defer to hindsight to look "smart" now in the campaign. If Kerry said that such and such looks like a problem and then turns out to be a future problem, I'd be impressed and he would look Presidential. Instead he tells me that as President he will be running aimlessly as a reactionary to crisis to crisis rather than being proactive and taking some risks. Bush has taken risks and some have really paid off. He captured Saddam Hussein alive. He nailed Uday and Qusai. He captured Binalshibh, Khalid Sheik Muhammad, killed over 2/3rds of Al Quaidas leaders, took down the Taliban in Afghanistan, suffered only 10% of the casualties projected by the Pentagon in Iraq. He even cleaned up the results of Clintons stock market bubble in less than 3 years. Took FDR 10 years of work and he still couldn't clean up Hoover's mess.
