To All -- After a lengthy conference call with Gail and Donna yesterday afternoon, I am of the opinion that we have been successful in recent months in raising an acute awareness at ACEL for those concerns which we have collectively voiced as shareholders. I am also of the opinion that there is fundamental agreement on the immediate business objectives for ACEL, even if we are not in complete agreement on their timing. Nonetheless, my recommendation is that we take advantage of our opportunity, through Leighton and Gretchen, to communicate suggestions or ideas that might improve the visibility of ACEL in the marketplace, particularly with respect to the institutional investment community, or with the public in general. I believe that Gail, in particular, is extremely interested, committed and motivated to improve shareholder value as quickly as is practicable. Therefore, I encourage you to join me in adopting a wait-and-see posture going into the forthcoming November shareholder's meeting, providing some additional time for ongoing efforts to prove effective in this respect.
In closing, I would like to thank each and every one of you (both posters and lurkers) for your support, encouragement, and when needed, your constructive criticism, over the past year. I can assure you that the level of shareholder willingness to participate in a grassroots initiative to provide concerted input to ACEL management in this regard surprised both myself and ACEL. As a result, I believe there are improved communications and a refocusing taking place at ACEL which we will ultimately applaud and benefit from. Thank you again for your support, and keep in touch.
